  1. Did you use the bulky yarn for your potholder? Your pattern didn’t specify yarn type or crochet Hook #.

    1. Hi Frances, for the potholders I used Knit Picks Dishie yarn, which is a worsted weight cotton yarn. The hook size is G-6 (4mm).

    1. At the end of the last row, Ch1, turn and work around the border of the blanket evenly in single crochet for 2 rounds.

      1. Many thanks! The first blanket for one of my two twins is almost done! So lovely.. let’s start the second! 😉

  2. Hey, thank you for your tutorial, it’s beautiful! How would you go about decreasing this stitch each row to create a tapered end? Thanks 🙂

    1. Thank you for your question! Absolutely, feel free to use the yarn that suits your preference. Just a little heads-up: if you opt for a different yarn weight than what the pattern specifies, like a DK weight yarn, the final look and feel of your project might vary. The pattern is tailored for a heavier weight yarn, so if you go with DK, I recommend using a smaller hook size and extending the length of your foundation chain to achieve the best results.
