Amigurumi Patterns

Easy Amigurumi Pattern Free

Looking for free easy amigurumi patterns? You’re in the right place!

Amigurumi is the Japanese art of crocheting small, stuffed toys. The word itself comes from a mix of Japanese terms: ami means crocheted or knitted, and nuigurumi means stuffed doll. These adorable toys are worked in the round, usually with simple stitches, which makes them beginner-friendly and so addictive once you start!

I first got into crocheting toys when my kids were babies because I wanted to make special keepsakes they could hand down to their own children someday. Handmade feels so much more meaningful than anything mass-produced. I dove into learning everything I could about amigurumi and started coming up with crochet patterns for their favorite animals.  And of course, I took extra care to make sure that these patterns are easy to follow so that I could share them on this website with you guys!

The amigurumi patterns below are free, easy, use up your yarn stash, and make great gifts (or you could just keep them for yourself!).
